📋 Description

• Source niche talent: Find passive candidates in Networking, Network Automation, DevOps, and Software Engineering in Brazil. • Pre-screen: Conduct initial calls to pitch CodiLime and verify candidate alignment. • Deliver profiles: Pass well-vetted candidates directly to our recruitment team.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Brazil: Local presence and deep understanding of the Brazilian IT market. • Tech Sourcing Track Record: Experience in tech recruitment; deep familiarity with sourcing Networking (and Network Automation) or DevOps profiles is a key requirement. • Active network of local IT professionals in Brazil. • Fluent English (C1) to accurately assess candidates' communication skills.
