📋 Description

• Actively plan, coordinate, and manage projects in the area of requirements and project management • Keep track of deadlines, budgets, and project objectives, and proactively manage risks • Support clients, conduct project meetings, and align requirements and project progress • Coordinate collaboration between clients and internal departments • Analyze and optimize existing processes and support the further development of project management standards

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in project management and/or client services (ideally in the banking or debt-collection environment) • Solid knowledge of project and requirements management and experience with project management tools and CRM systems • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a structured, solution-oriented working style • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
