📋 Description

• Develop and implement a framework for identifying, assessing, and executing strategic partnerships aligned with trade credit insurance solutions. • Identify and prioritize alliances that accelerate market penetration and deliver strong ROI. • Create revenue-sharing models and partnership agreements that support Coface’s sales and profitability goals. • Communicate partnership strategies and progress to internal stakeholders, including the Executive Team. • Drive pipeline growth through referral, reseller, co-seller, and channel partnerships. • Support scalable strategies that create competitive advantages in trade credit insurance across multiple industry verticals. • Conduct market assessments and prioritize opportunities based on risk management impact and business potential. • Identify external alliances and supply chain partners that complement Coface’s integrated risk management vision. • Partner across the organization to align growth initiatives, unlock enterprise relationships, and expand share of wallet across core and adjacent product sets. • Forecast business impact based on adoption rates and growth expectations. • Monitor and measure partnership contributions to revenue and new business opportunities. • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and global trade risk developments.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in partnerships, alliances, or strategic sales roles. • Minimum 3 years of experience in credit insurance, trade finance, or financial services; global business experience is a plus. • Strong understanding of credit risk management and contract negotiation. • Familiarity with trade credit insurance products and risk mitigation strategies. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience developing partnership proposals and pitch decks. • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities. • Collaborative, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. • Ability to travel within the U.S. and Canada
