📋 Description

• People Management: Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of analysts and apprentices, fostering a collaborative environment and consistent performance. • Production Management: Oversee end-to-end processes for text production and video lessons, ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery deadlines. • Cross-functional Liaison: Act as the central point of alignment between operations and partner areas such as academic coordination, editorial/publishing, internal studios, marketing, and external vendors. • Control and Organization: Manage work structures in SharePoint and keep production tracking up to date, ensuring integrity and easy access to materials. • Third-Party Management: Coordinate the workflow of freelance professionals (video editors, validators), including reviewing deliverables and requesting payment from the responsible department. • KPI Monitoring: Analyze the progress of initiatives through operational reports, identify risks of delay, and propose immediate solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field • Experience in team management • Knowledge of academic management systems • Leadership skills and strong written and verbal communication • Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management • Data analysis and strategic planning skills • Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to work in a team
