• Develop and oversee the commercial team’s onboarding; prepare reports for leadership • Lead projects using AI for sales enablement and training for the commercial team • Plan, develop and deliver training to sales teams • Design the consultant and commercial manager journey • Monitor the development of commercial teams and create strategies to maximize results through training, knowledge management, onboarding, support materials, and knowledge bites (microlearning) • Collaborate with EMME’s capabilities team to create content • Support the organization of the commercial team’s live sessions and the cascading of information
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields • Experience analyzing sales performance metrics (KPIs) • Advanced knowledge of market analysis and commercial/sales strategies • Ability to develop trainings and techniques to improve sales • Proactive, assertive communicator, resilient, and data- and results-oriented • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI
