📋 Description
• Manage a caseload, drafting all necessary pleadings and legal documents • Communicate with clients • Participate in meetings • Develop case strategies • Handle court filings and procedural tasks • Attend hearings and deliver oral arguments.
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Intermediate to advanced English • Experience in civil litigation at a law firm, a large company, and/or legal institutions • Postgraduate studies completed or in progress are considered an advantage.
