📋 Description

• Lead training sessions and professional development programs for students, teachers, school administrators, and education departments. • Produce educational materials focused on robotics, STEAM, Artificial Intelligence, educational innovation, and BNCC curriculum components. • Curate, write, and review content, scripts, and multimedia resources. • Plan, select, adapt, and validate educational resource materials. • Plan and implement training and development initiatives for students, teachers, and administrators in public and private education networks. • Support instructional design and the adaptation of content for in-person, online, and hybrid formats. • Contribute innovations in methodologies, digital resources, and engagement strategies. • Create and review digital content based on active learning methodologies, learning pathways, and BNCC skills. • Develop learning pathways, digital learning objects, assessments, and lesson plans. • Participate in the creation of prototypes, validations, and educational testing. • Work collaboratively in multidisciplinary squads. • Participate in meetings to define project scope, characteristics, and specifications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. • Experience in educational publishing, preferably focused on technology, innovation, or STEAM. • Practical knowledge of maker culture, basic electronics, robotics, programming, computational thinking, and media literacy. • Experience in educational environments, with an understanding of classroom practices and active learning methodologies. • Experience producing digital educational content for virtual learning environments. • Strong knowledge of the BNCC, active learning methodologies, social-emotional skills, and contemporary pedagogical practices. • Familiarity with digital formats such as learning pathways, videos, infographics, podcasts, quizzes, and more. • Willingness to travel. • Availability to conduct training sessions in the morning, afternoon, or evening, depending on client needs. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ownership and agility. • Strong organizational and planning skills. • Collaboration and teamwork. • Innovative mindset, with the initiative to propose improvements. • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple deliverables and lead projects from end to end.
