📋 Description

• Work on the formalization of contracts for the Rural/WCI segment, analyzing budgets for Rural Credit and Funcafé, and assessing eligibility in cases of automatic BNDES operations (Projects) and Finame. • Ensure compliance with technical, operational and legal requirements under Rabobank internal policies, as well as manuals and circulars from BACEN (Central Bank of Brazil) and BNDES. • Verify the technical classification and eligibility of rural credit operations (not only Government Repass operations - BNDES and Funcafé, but also General Credit operations including 4131, 2770 and Working Capital). • Assess whether BNDES and Funcafé operations are eligible for financing; • Analyze term sheets (budgets/proposals) for financing; • Properly formalize guarantee instruments and contracts; • Update internal controls regarding ongoing operations, including reporting to commercial areas; • Monitor publications of standards and resolutions for Rural Credit and BNDES products; • Verify and validate rural credit budgets (2770 and Working Capital) prepared by the branches; • Supervise and guide junior professionals when necessary and support the team's Senior Analyst.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law or Agronomy; • Knowledge and experience in collateral/guarantee analysis; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; • Knowledge of the MCR (Rural Credit Manual of the Central Bank of Brazil); • Operational knowledge of BNDES government repass financing lines; • Ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing; • Ability to interpret and understand laws, regulations and policies; • Teamwork, negotiation skills and ability to liaise with branches and internal areas; • Advanced English required.
