📋 Description

• Proactive management of the sales territory according to plan and regular coordination with the Head of Sales • Conducting sales discussions with physicians, pharmacists and hospital administration • Servicing existing customers (qualified advising of decision-makers in hospitals) • Training medical and surgical staff in the use of surgical instruments and providing professional support during surgeries in the areas of shoulder, hip and knee • Planning, organizing and conducting product training for users as well as information and continuing education events • Acquisition of new customers • Responsible maintenance of the customer database and sales statistics for the assigned sales territory • Attendance and analysis of medical technology symposia and conferences • Continuous monitoring of competitor activities

🎯 Requirements

• Initial professional experience in medical device sales, ideally with products in orthopedics / endoprosthetics, is an advantage • Alternatively, initial practical experience in the orthopedic OR and hospital environment • Customer- and results-oriented approach with a high degree of openness and interpersonal ease • Good written and spoken English • Strong communication skills in interactions with internal and external stakeholders and enjoyment of working in a team
