• Ensure that the qualitative and quantitative retail targets in your region are achieved and exceeded. • Strategically further develop existing structures and unlock new sales potential — always with a focus on growth. • Lead, coach and develop the regional sales team (Territory Sales Managers) — strong teams are built through strong leadership. • Plan, manage and monitor sell-in and sell-out activities (POS, promotions, visibility) to maximize HOLY’s shelf presence. • Support and develop regional multi-unit operators, identify expansion opportunities and actively drive these initiatives. • Provide operational support to the team during vacancies or special needs — including through your own presence in the territory. • Work closely with the Head of Field Force to achieve regional targets and to contribute to the strategic development of HOLY.
• Several years of sales experience in retail or the FMCG sector, ideally as a Regional Sales Manager. • Proven leadership experience — you enjoy coaching and developing people. • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a genuine passion for sales. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a pragmatic approach to day-to-day operations. • Fluent German and good English, both spoken and written. • Driving licence (Class B) and willingness to travel. • University degree and/or commercial vocational training. • Experience working with multi-unit operators or within more complex sales structures.
