• Build and execute an outbound strategy to reach SMEs and ETIs (mid-market companies) in France • Identify decision-makers (HR Directors, CTOs, Engineering Managers, CEOs) • Conduct discovery calls to qualify needs and present recruitment solutions • Schedule qualified meetings for deeper technical or solution-focused discussions • Manage the pipeline in the CRM and report weekly progress • Help refine positioning and messaging for the French market
• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales • Native or fluent French with strong business communication skills • Proven business development/sales experience in IT recruitment • Understanding of salary and margin dynamics in French IT recruitment • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and HubSpot • Demonstrated track record of opening new accounts in mid-market France • Comfortable with cold outreach and consultative selling • Nice to have: an existing network within French SMEs and ETIs
