📋 Description

• Prepare, adjust, and process orders to keep deals moving forward without delay. • Manage quoting, bandwidth serviceability checks, and vendor tool submissions with precision. • Build, update, and refine Excel-based proposals and light financial models that help partners make decisions. • Act as an extension of the Director by monitoring and managing their inbox, handling in-flight requests, and keeping communication flowing. • Serve as the Director’s stand-in during channel events, PTO, or company functions—ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. • Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and bring order to complexity in a high-volume sales environment. • Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of telecom and network services; experience with a global network service provider is a plus. • Familiarity with channel sales, partner dynamics, and the indirect sales model. • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling basics). • Comfort with vendor quote tools and general business systems. • Exceptional organization, detail orientation, and ability to juggle multiple priorities. • A proactive, resourceful, “own the outcome” mentality. • Ability to work U.S. business hours reliably.
