• Help define and execute the sales strategy in collaboration with Management • Hunt for new business, expand current business and develop the Philippines market intensively • Develop & maintain relationships at all levels with brands and media agencies • Collaborate with Account & Ops Manager and Creative team to respond to briefs • Accurate pipeline management and revenue accountability • Hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets • Represent Wagawin in the advertising community by participating at industry events
• A minimum of 5-8+ years of digital advertising/marketing sales experience • In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising space, including programmatic, display, video etc. • Experience in consultative selling and in engaging clients in long-term partnerships • Strong knowledge of how advertisers plan, buy, and measure advertising campaigns • Strong relationships with agencies and decision makers in the Philippines market • Independently driven, self-starter, with a “hunter” mentality • Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills • Analytical with proven ability to think strategically and creatively • Ability to deliver on multiple priorities with attention to detail despite tight deadlines • Enjoys working in a team and is always ready to contribute fresh ideas • Willing to work as an Independent Contractor
