📋 Description

• Serve as the operational engine and trusted advisor for Regional & Agribusiness Banking leadership • Own operational execution excellence across change management, operations, financial insights and reporting, and strategic initiative development and support • Contribute to the Regional & Agribusiness Banking Leadership Team and advise on execution • Manage implementation of large-scale change programs, including people and customer impact strategies, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement • Represent Regional & Agribusiness Banking on Business Banking working groups and ensure regional nuances inform initiatives • Coach and influence Senior Executives to lead change within their teams • Oversee BU/SU and Domain change portfolios to optimise sequencing, alignment, and stakeholder engagement • Lead a cross-functional, remotely located team to plan, manage, and sustain change and build capability • Report on change-management effectiveness using metrics and data to drive continuous improvement • Drive support for NPS uplift, business growth, new-to-bank acquisition, capability uplift, and deeper customer relationships while meeting risk obligations • Provide strategic and executional advice to the Regional & Agribusiness Banking Leadership Team • Champion an engaged, capable, and risk-focused workforce through attraction, retention, and engagement strategies • Apply digitisation and AI to improve productivity and quality • Support development and execution of policy, process, and product solutions for regional commercial and agribusiness customers

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional stakeholder management and senior stakeholder engagement skills • Deep understanding of regional Australia and the realities of operating across remote and dispersed markets • Proven experience managing and sustaining end-to-end, large-scale change programs • Ability to coach senior executives to lead change • Experience uplifting team and discipline maturity through SME knowledge • Ability to foster a culture of sharing, learning and problem solving • Outstanding communication and influencing skills • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work in a non-binary, complex environment • Highly consultative, collaborative, and people-focused leadership style • Comfort operating within a cohort of senior leaders • Business Banking knowledge, including BB strategy, systems, processes, and policies, highly regarded but not essential • Lives the CBA values and leads the CommBank way with Care, Courage, and Commitment • Ready to operate at the required level from day one; this is not a development opportunity
