📋 Description

• Lead the team across multiple workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong execution throughout every sprint • Own sprint planning, including prioritization, capacity planning, and alignment on sprint goals and deliverables • Act as the primary bridge between the team and other departments, removing blockers and managing cross-team dependencies • Improve team velocity and individual capabilities through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and identifying skill gaps • Lead technical design of scalable, reliable, and maintainable features and solutions • Participate hands-on in high-scale, cloud-based development using Node.js, AWS, and MongoDB • Conduct code reviews and promote best practices in architecture, maintainability, performance, and engineering quality • Partner with Product Managers from feature concept and technical design through development, release, and production • Participate in technical sessions with customers addressing requirements, challenges, integrations, and product discussions • Serve as the technical focal point for the domain and manage communication with OX’s internal Customer Success teams • Lead technical discussions and decisions for product improvements, new capabilities, and feature planning • Integrate AI tools and workflows into daily development, including AI-assisted coding, automated testing, and prompt-driven prototyping

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience • 3–5 years of experience in a technical leadership or Team Lead role • Deep hands-on expertise with Node.js — must-have • Strong experience with AWS — must-have • Experience with React — preferred • Experience with Python — advantage • Experience working with MongoDB • Strong experience designing and building scalable backend systems • Proven experience managing technical execution across multiple workstreams • Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, reliability, and clean code principles • Experience delivering end-to-end features and projects from design through production • Experience working in a fast-paced product environment • Strong ownership mindset and ability to make technical decisions independently • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience leading or collaborating with global or distributed teams • Ability to communicate complex technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience participating in customer-facing technical discussions
