📋 Description

• **Drive Enrollment Growth** • - Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups • - Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs • **Lead Generation & Pipeline Management** • - Proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups • - Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline • - Track all interactions accurately using CRM systems • **Customer Relationship Building** • - Build strong rapport with parents and guardians • - Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit programs • - Deliver a high-energy, positive, and professional experience • **Sales Execution** • - Confidently present program offerings and value propositions • - Overcome objections and close enrollments • - Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets • **Bilingual Customer Support** • - Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish • - Ensure all families feel supported, informed, and confident • **Cross-Team Collaboration** • - Work closely with operations and program teams • - Share customer insights and feedback to improve offerings
