📋 Description
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for HR programs and services • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Team • Oversee recruitment and workforce planning efforts • Collaborate with leadership on employee relations and engagement initiatives • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience • Strong expertise in recruiting, benefits, payroll, HRIS, employee relations, and talent management • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred • SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred
