📋 Description

• Identify and propose solutions to improve performance and satisfaction within SAP and GTS Operations. • Support complex issues related to purchasing processes, tools, and systems. • Provide support in key Inside Sales functions including complex order placement and management. • Provide day-to-day training to the Inside Sales team. • Assist sales teams in evaluating their requirements. • Collaborate closely with Inside Sales teams to drive improvements. • Create and update SAP documentation for the Inside Sales team.

🎯 Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in the United States • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience • 2-5 years of experience building queries in SAP • Extensive SAP Experience In: Material Master, Purchasing of SD module, API integration, SRM SAP or ERP implementation experience • Strong knowledge and experience of SAP, Salesforce CRM, MS Office and MS Teams • Excellent attention to detail • Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills • Good knowledge of the IT industry and IT technologies and products. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable communicating with non-native English speakers • Good self-organization and time management skills • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously • Business and financial acumen with strong analytical skills • Willingness to travel.
