📋 Description

• Development of customer-cube analyses, dashboards, data models and visualizations • Creation of best-practice analyses for SaaS products with concrete, actionable recommendations • Advancing data-driven decision-making by establishing relevant KPIs, reports and analysis standards • Preparing analyses and decision briefs for Marketing, Partner Management, Customer Success and Executive Management • Reviewing existing reporting and identifying optimization potential in processes and data structures

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Informatics, Business Administration with an analytical focus, or a comparable qualification • Relevant professional experience in BI, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or a comparable analytical role • Strong SQL skills • Experience with ETL processes and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, QlikView or Tableau • Ideally, experience in a SaaS company or digital business model • Familiarity with KPIs such as NRR, logo churn or ARPC • Entrepreneurial mindset and analytical approach to work • Independent, precise and solution-oriented working style • Confident communication in German and English
