📋 Description
• Support and promote the Concepts NREC Agile suite of turbomachinery design software • Act as the primary technical contact for the CAE software product suite • Assist sales managers with technical support during the sales cycle • Create design cases for QA testing on software codes • Develop training materials and maintain presentation libraries • Verify bug fixes and product enhancements • Gather customer feedback for product development
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering • 1-2 years of direct applications engineering experience with engineering design software • 1-3 years of engineering design and analysis experience, preferably in turbomachinery • Strong communication skills • Ability to work on a team and meet deadlines
