📋 Description

• Lead enterprise operational improvement from problem definition through sustained execution • Provide objective assessment, root-cause analysis, governance, operating-model design, cross-functional alignment, implementation support, and effectiveness measurement • Lead cross-functional improvement through implementation, governance, and effectiveness measurement • Identify root causes, control gaps, failure points, adoption barriers, and material business risks across quality, workforce, compliance, customer experience, and performance • Build scalable playbooks, workflows, RACIs, standards, decision rights, performance routines, and escalation paths • Translate findings into actions, owners, checkpoints, adoption measures, and outcome tracking • Support sustainable business-as-usual handoff • Partner with senior leaders to pressure-test assumptions, develop business cases, synthesize complex information, and convert ambiguity into executable plans • Evaluate readiness, adoption, ROI, and operating impact of transformation initiatives • Develop operational excellence analytical and problem-solving capability • Provide independent support and feedback to clients on business challenges to deliver a Conduent Consultancy proposition

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field • Proven experience as a Manager, Operational Excellence or similar role • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams • Strong project management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or Project Management Certification are a plus • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred
