• Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for skilled construction workers (masons, welders, electricians, plumbers, heavy machinery operators, etc.) for domestic projects in Mexico and international mobility programs • Design and execute attraction strategies using job fairs, technical schools, unions, digital platforms, and referrals • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, skills tests, reference checks, documentation, and international pre-screening • Maintain and segment candidate databases by industry, skill set, and eligibility for international placements • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and immigration requirements when relevant • Deliver measurable results: fill rate for critical roles, successful hires, and time-to-hire performance
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting skilled workers in the construction industry • Preferable: experience with international mobility/export of talent or recruitment in high-demand industries (healthcare, agriculture, hospitality) • Knowledge of Mexican labor regulations; familiarity with Canadian/US work permit processes is desirable • Strong command of digital recruitment tools (LinkedIn, OCC, Computrabajo, Indeed, ATS/CRM systems) • Comfort working in results-driven environments, open to commission-based compensation tied to successful hires • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • English: intermediate level preferred • Additional languages are a plus
• Initially it will be working from home • Hourly rate depends on the experience + commission based model • We are open for part timers as well
