📋 Description

• Independently builds and maintains KPIs, dashboards, reports, and data related products. • Independently gathers and prepares large, complex datasets from diverse sources. • Performs exploratory and statistical analyses to uncover deeper trends and insights. • Independently answers complex business questions with data-driven and actionable recommendations. • Designs and delivers sophisticated dashboards and custom reports for diverse audiences. • Adapts visualizations to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively. • Leads discussions with business units to deeply understand data needs and proactively suggest solutions. • Educates stakeholders on advanced analytics techniques and best practices for secure data handling. • Represents D&I team on ePMO projects ensuring timely delivery of assignments • Mentors associate data analysts to ensure data integrity and consistency. • Leads automation projects to streamline complex workflows and improve efficiency. • Serves as a trusted partner to leadership, providing insights that shape strategic decisions and drive operational success. • Partners with data scientists and engineers on multidisciplinary projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience is Required. • 5+ years of data, analytics, dashboard, report writing, or Business Intelligence programming and development work is Required. • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Python for advanced analysis is Required. • Experience optimizing queries and workflows in centralized data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, etc.) is Required. • Experience creating polished dashboards and visualizations in Power BI is Required. • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
