📋 Description

• You support project teams with the economic assessment of construction projects and, together with management, help further develop the change order management. • Preparation and processing of change orders: You assess contract deviations and prepare corresponding change claims. • Review of documentation: Analysis of bills of quantities/specifications, contracts and tender documents. • Identification of change order potential: Assessment of economic opportunities during project execution. • Contract-related communication: Preparation of disruption/delay notices and other important correspondence. • Estimating & evaluation: Economic assessment of change orders and support in determining prices. • Collaboration within the project team: Coordination with project managers, site managers and clients. • Preparation for negotiations: Support in change order negotiations and, in the future, conduct negotiations independently. • Development of the area: Active participation in shaping and optimizing the company's change order processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a construction-related field, e.g. Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering; alternatively further training as a construction technician or a comparable technical qualification. • Technical understanding of construction processes and an interest in economic aspects. • Knowledge of VOB/B and an understanding of contractual matters. • Confident user of MS Office. • Fluent German for effective internal and external communication. • Nice to have: Initial professional experience in building construction (main construction trades). • Experience in estimating, site management, construction billing/accounting or change order management. • Experience working with bills of quantities/specifications. • Negotiation skills when dealing with clients.
