📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver learning programs that enhance performance and data quality across Dodge Content teams • Create and manage training paths within the Learning Management System (LMS) • Develop engaging instructional content and conduct live and recorded training sessions • Ensure every training module aligns with organizational goals • Empower employees with the skills to maintain high data standards • Collaborate with managers and SMEs to identify training needs and skill gaps • Update and maintain training materials to reflect current SOPs, data workflows, and governance requirements • Measure training effectiveness using assessment scores, feedback, and KPI outcomes • Partner with the Governance Specialist to ensure training aligns with approved SOPs • Promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence across Content

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in training development, instructional design, or adult learning • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field or equivalent work experience • Experience managing LMS platforms and/or creating digital learning content • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Proficiency with concepts of video editing with tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Camtasia • Familiarity with data quality, governance, or content management principles • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative • Experience with instructional design, including adult learning principles, to develop effective training • Ability to deliver engaging, accessible learning content • Adaptability to update materials as processes evolve • Highly collaborative and able to work with multiple teams to align learning with operational goals
