📋 Description

• Monitor the company's overall targets, periodically assessing compliance with defined indicators and guiding action plans to achieve these targets through structured analyses of projected results (forecast) and the planning and execution of construction projects, in order to ensure and support actions to meet objectives; • Supervise the company's monthly close of results, directing analysts in preparing variance analyses against the plan and proposing supplementary analyses to support the board's decision-making regarding achievement of business objectives and any necessary course corrections; • Coordinate the preparation of the company's business plan, communicating the agreed assumptions for the period to the business areas and providing appropriate support so they can discuss in a structured way how to achieve corporate objectives, in addition to preparing financial projections that will underpin the long-term business plan and the targets for the next period; • Guide and supervise the preparation of corporate presentations for various audiences (board, executive and regional management, managers), checking the required information and ensuring its accuracy and the relevant analyses for each topic with the objective of informing and clarifying the material for the intended audience in all its aspects; • Develop proposals to improve existing reports, whether by automating processes in Excel or by implementing new AI tools, aiming to generate greater efficiency in executing monthly activities as well as ensuring the quality and integrity of information.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; • Advanced knowledge of Excel is mandatory; • Experience in financial and/or strategic planning processes, focused on financial analyses and modeling, is desirable; • Strong presentation skills; • Knowledge of BI tools (desirable);
