📋 Description
• Monitor 100% of daily sales, ensuring correct integration between systems. • Validate and ensure that sales data is correctly reflected between the CRM and the management system. • Perform weekly data reconciliations, identifying and correcting discrepancies. • Execute portfolio maintenance, including processing cancellations and updating policies. • Close sales commissions for agents, including calculations, adjustments, and reporting. • Manage payments, payroll, and the issuance of invoices. • Control commission receipts and organize future financial projections. • Keep cash flow aligned with company targets. • Prepare management reports and data analyses to support strategic decisions.
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and complex formulas). • Highly analytical and well-organized. • Ability to identify issues and propose improvements to processes and data flows. • Experience with financial and operational routines. • Organized and able to manage deadlines and closing schedules.
