📋 Description

• Provide support and maintenance for corporate systems (ERP and satellite systems), supporting the operational continuity of processes. • Handle and follow up on incidents and requests with users. • Support technical and functional analyses to resolve issues. • Work together with internal teams and external vendors to track tickets and improvements. • Assist in identifying root causes of recurring failures and support corrective actions. • Support functional testing and user acceptance (UAT) with business areas. • Contribute to updating functional and operational documentation. • Support activities related to governance, service workflows, and continuous improvement. • Work in a generalist capacity across different company systems and processes, developing an integrated view of the business. • Support project-to-maintenance transitions, assisting with documentation and knowledge transfer.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. • Interest in system maintenance/support and in serving business areas. • Basic knowledge of ERP and corporate systems. • Experience or familiarity with SAP is desirable. • Basic knowledge of incident and ticket management. • Good analytical skills, organization, and communication. • Collaborative, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. • Basic knowledge of integrations, APIs, or databases is desirable.
