📋 Description

• Capture images using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and smartphones in various settings (events, corporate, construction sites) • Operate equipment such as gimbal, tripod, lighting and microphones • Edit video with dynamic cuts, rhythm adaptation and storytelling • Basic color grading and audio adjustment • Organize files • Manage workflow (ingest, backup and delivery) • Adapt videos to different formats (primarily vertical for social media) • Capture aerial footage with a drone (when applicable) • Deliver materials within tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards • Balance creativity with institutional and commercial requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects/CapCut) • Basic knowledge of color grading and image treatment • Understanding of audiovisual narrative and storytelling • Awareness of content formats and trends for social media • Knowledge of audio capture and lighting • Basic camera operation knowledge (ISO, aperture, shutter) • File organization and workflow management
