📋 Description

• The Junior Accounting Analyst will be responsible for performing and supporting the company's accounting activities, ensuring proper bookkeeping, analysis and control of accounting information in accordance with current standards and internal policies. • Analyze, classify and review balance sheet and income statement accounts with a focus on the Company's property, plant and equipment and intangible assets, ensuring correct account nature and allocation of entries; • Record recurring and non-recurring accounting entries, as well as perform accounting and financial reconciliations, ensuring the integrity of balances; • Execute and support the monthly, quarterly and annual accounting close routines within established deadlines; • Monitor and control balance sheet and income statement accounts with a focus on the Company's property, plant and equipment and intangible assets, identifying significant variances and supporting explanatory analyses; • Support internal and external audit processes, providing technical assistance, clarifications and necessary documentation; • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of internal controls and accounting procedures within the area; • Act in compliance with accounting standards, applicable legislation and the company's internal policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (completed or in progress); • Previous experience or hands-on exposure to analyzing and reviewing accounting entries; • Demonstrated knowledge and experience using SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC (Fixed Assets module); • Intermediate Excel skills, including use of formulas, tables and data organization; • Analytical profile, attention to detail, organizational skills and strong ability to meet deadlines.
