📋 Description

• Prepare schedules, line-of-balance diagrams and S-curves for new projects, analyzing the best execution strategies • Monitor the physical progress of ongoing construction works. Identify critical activities, replan and develop action plans with the site team to prevent delays and ensure project quality • Prepare and present comparative reports • Monitor the costs of ongoing projects (expenditure analysis, contract values, disbursement curves, potential overruns or reductions, budget appropriations, deviations from initial cost, month-to-month variations) • Monitor, approve and support the site team in processing requests, contractor measurements and contract terminations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • Experience in the Construction industry • Intermediate/Advanced Excel, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD skills • Knowledge of the Mega system or other cost management platforms • Analytical, detail-oriented, curious and organized
