📋 Description
• Respond to company customers through assigned channels (phone, email, or chat) • Support the delivery of the best possible customer experience, treating everyone courteously and upholding the company's values • Collect customer feedback, identify main pain points, and route them to the continuous improvement team • Accurately enter required information into the company's CRM (HubSpot) • Perform lookups in customer support tools • Thoroughly understand customer requests and coordinate with other company areas as needed to resolve issues • Propose improvements to the team's processes
