📋 Description

• Learning Ecosystem Management: Administer the LMS platform, ensuring stability, course configuration, and first-level support for employees. • Governance: Monitor and report compliance of mandatory and regulatory trainings (e.g., ANS and LGPD). • Metrics: Update dashboards (hours, participation, compliance, and costs) and compile/tabulate Reaction and Effectiveness Evaluation reports, turning data into insights to support decision-making. • Operational Excellence and Logistics: Plan event logistics based on a Needs Assessment, manage invitations, attendance lists, live broadcasts, and support the onboarding journey. • Administrative and Financial Management: Manage the operational budget, control invoices and supplier payments, and oversee the processing of external courses within SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology, or a related field. • Experience administering an LMS. • Advanced Excel skills. • Basic knowledge of regulatory laws and audit procedures.
