📋 Description

• Provide customer service, aiming to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions • Manage customer relationships, developing strategies to increase loyalty and satisfaction • Analyze customer service and relationship data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement • Use CRM tools to manage customer relationships • Use Excel skills for data analysis and report creation • Communicate clearly and objectively with customers and internal teams • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals • Demonstrate resilience under pressure and when facing challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields • Specialization courses in Customer Relationship Management • Knowledge of agile methodologies • Previous experience in customer service and/or customer relationship management • Familiarity with CRM tools • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and report creation
