• Respond to and qualify marketing-generated leads (inbound), making the first contact with potential customers • Work the customer base, conducting outreach, reactivation, and opportunity qualification • Understand leads' and customers' needs to assess the potential of each opportunity • Forward qualified leads to the sales team, supporting the generation of business opportunities • Nurture and monitor leads throughout the sales funnel • Keep the CRM up to date, recording contacts, status, and relevant information • Support data analysis and performance indicators for leads and the funnel • Contribute to improvements in commercial processes and the quality of leads
• Education: Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields • Experience in lead handling and qualification • Basic knowledge of CRM and Excel • Good communication, organization, and discipline • Analytical, proactive profile with a focus on processes
