📋 Description

• Learning ecosystem management: Administer the LMS platform, ensuring stability, course setup and configuration, and providing first‑level support to employees. • Governance: Monitor and report on compliance of mandatory and regulatory trainings (e.g., ANS and LGPD). • Metrics and reporting: Update dashboards (hours, participation/adoption, compliance, and costs) and compile/tabulate Reaction and Effectiveness Evaluation reports, turning data into actionable insights for decision‑making. • Operational excellence and logistics: Plan event logistics based on the Training Needs Assessment, manage invitations, attendance lists, live broadcasts, and support the onboarding journey. • Administrative and financial management: Manage the operational budget, control invoices, supplier payments, and oversee the flow of external courses within SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology, or a related field • Experience administering an LMS (Learning Management System) • Advanced Excel • Familiarity with regulatory legislation and audit routines
