📋 Description

• Analyze the main disciplines of projects, understanding the items and planning the development of the construction budget; • Perform quantity takeoffs according to established criteria, in a clear and organized manner, for verification and structuring of the construction budget; • Request commercial quotations from material and service suppliers to obtain unit costs and support the budgets; • Populate budget spreadsheets with support from the coordinator, compiling quantities and unit costs, checking formulas and values to ensure accuracy of the final cost; • Evaluate unit rates and proposals, ensuring their consistency with the budget; • Contribute to the improvement of quantity takeoff and budgeting spreadsheets, providing feedback to optimize processes;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering • Experience in construction budgeting/cost estimating • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD • Analytical, organized, detail-oriented and curious
