• Full lifecycle management of a CPG, grocery, retail and restaurant account book. • Building and executing against a defensible expansion plan for each account. • Serving as the senior point of contact for key accounts. • Running contract negotiations and renewal conversations. • Staying sharp on our product roadmap. • Keeping CRM and account records accurate. • Partnering with Product, Marketing, Ops, and Customer Success. • Feeding client and market intelligence back to AM leadership and Product.
• 6+ years in account management or client-facing roles at a data, SaaS, or research company, ideally with CPG, Grocery, Retail or Restaurant clients. • A track record of growing accounts, not just retaining them. • Comfort selling to and negotiating with senior stakeholders (VP and above) inside large organizations. • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce. • Strong analytical instincts. • Sharp written and verbal communication. • A self-starter who doesn't need to be told to chase whitespace.
