📋 Description

• Work across multiple development teams on products with varied architectures, maturity, and risk profiles • Review requirements before development, identify untestable requirements, and provide early feedback • Own and update test strategies as products change • Write test plans and test cases • Execute manual functional, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing • Build and maintain automated UI, API, and integration tests • Use AI tools in development and testing workflows • Maintain continuous testing pipelines and help teams use them • Write actionable bug reports with reproduction steps and impact details • Run regular regression cycles after major releases • Facilitate UAT with product stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software testing/QA, ideally in agile teams • Test automation in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript • Hands-on experience with Playwright, Frisby, or Supertest • Experience using AI-assisted tools in development or testing • Comfortable using Claude or comparable LLMs in daily workflow • Solid grasp of test design and QA processes • Ability to translate requirements into test plans and test cases • Experience with REST API testing, Git, bug tracking, and browser DevTools • Ability to prioritize across multiple test streams simultaneously • Fluent English skills • German language skills would be a plus • Experience with UAT facilitation, QA process ownership, and performance/integration testing
