📋 Description

• Monitor the portfolio of legalization processes, ensuring the progression of cases; • Provide customer service via phone, chat and other communication channels; • Act as a liaison between the client and the operations team, ensuring clear and efficient communication; • Update clients on the status of processes and advise on outstanding items and requirements from the relevant authorities; • Route and follow up on requests with operations to ensure timely resolution of demands; • Clarify doubts and provide support throughout the customer journey; • Deliver a high-quality service experience, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention; • Identify opportunities to improve service and report situations that may impact the customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; • Basic knowledge of corporate law; • Basic experience with company formation, amendment and dissolution processes (e.g., OAB, associations, unions, Commercial Registry/Junta Comercial); • Basic experience with government systems (Commercial Registry/Junta Comercial, Federal Revenue/Receita Federal, municipal governments); • Basic understanding of municipal registration and updates; • Experience in customer service; • Experience with corporate processes. • Education: • Degree in progress in Accounting, Law, Business Administration or related fields.
