• Product/Service knowledge: Basic understanding of the accounting services offered by the company, including their key features and benefits. • Telephone communication skills: Ability to conduct phone conversations clearly and effectively, following established scripts or guidelines. • Use of contact tools: Proficiency using WhatsApp, phone systems, and various accounting lookup tools to record and track interactions with customers and leads. • Sales processes: Basic knowledge of sales funnel stages and procedures for qualifying and closing leads. • SLA management: Understanding of SLA deadlines and targets to ensure responses and actions are completed within established timeframes. • Office tools: Ability to use basic office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for administrative tasks, record-keeping, and sales tracking. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Marketing.
