📋 Description

• Provide data- and market-driven insights and analysis to support business model creation • Analyze revenue, ARR, churn, and pipeline metrics to identify trends and optimize pricing and packaging • Build executive models and recommendations • Merge product usage data with commercial metrics to understand retention and value • Partner with Product and Analytics to define key performance drivers • Maintain dashboards tracking pricing efficacy • Lead quarterly business reviews with data-driven leadership summaries • Monitor competitor models, pricing, and packaging • Translate pricing decisions into requirements for CPQ, Product, and RevOps • Manage SKUs, quoting workflows, and UAT • Maintain pricing calculators, guides, and an AI support agent for field teams • Build a data-driven feedback loop measuring business model performance and informing revenue-growth decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in business analysis, commercial analytics, product analytics, strategy, revenue operations, or finance • Strong hands-on SQL skills • Advanced spreadsheet modeling • Proficiency with BI/data visualization tools • Ability to analyze complex commercial metrics and connect data-driven insights to business strategy • Ability to provide practical growth recommendations • Cross-functional partnership skills • Experience managing ambiguity • AI tool fluency • Ability to present technical findings to senior stakeholders • Experience with SaaS pricing, packaging, licensing, monetization, or business model strategy is nice to have • Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, DealHub, and operationalizing pricing or packaging changes in business systems is nice to have • Experience with product telemetry, usage data, competitive intelligence, and building dashboards or recurring performance reporting is nice to have • Experience in strategy consulting, product management, revenue operations, finance, or a high-growth B2B SaaS environment is nice to have
