📋 Description

• Analyse client needs and design tailored benefits solutions across multiple markets • Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver successful benefit plan implementations • Provide training on new plans and changes to the Global Benefits Team • Research benefit programs and policies within assigned countries or regions • Advise on regulatory compliance and alignment with global standards and local legislation • Guide and coach Benefits and HR teams through complex issues and inquiries • Develop, refine, and maintain benefits processes and documentation • Create clear communications explaining benefits options and applicable exclusions • Use analysis to support benefits projects and align offerings with business and financial objectives • Partner with internal teams and external providers to streamline benefit management

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in international benefits administration • Strong knowledge of country-specific legislation, benefits design, legal requirements, cultural norms, and global market practices • Deep understanding of benefits principles, practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and compliance requirements • Proven success in client-facing environments • Outstanding communication skills with diverse audiences • Multi-language abilities are a plus • Experience leading complex projects from planning through execution, with measurable outcomes • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting • Strong analytical mindset and creativity in developing solutions • Confident decision-making skills • Comfortable working through transitions and driving change initiatives • Fluency in English is required • Spanish language skills are an advantage • Collaborative approach with colleagues, leaders, and cross-functional teams
