📋 Description
• Design, implementation and evaluation of (talent) development programs (e.g., leadership development, succession planning, career paths) • Support with onboarding and integration of new employees • Organization and facilitation of workshops, trainings and team development measures • Analysis of organizational needs and development of appropriate interventions • Ensuring the talent management process and tracking of all activities • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of Talent Management & Organizational Development (TMOD) initiatives • Participation in projects in the areas of change management and culture development
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field • Several years of professional experience in talent development, organizational development or Learning & Development • Strong facilitation and communication skills • Analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into concrete actions • Very good German and English skills
