📋 Description

• Build customer-facing features in the web application • Develop APIs and work on the document pipeline • Investigate and resolve production issues • Build features end to end, from rough specification through production release • Own shipped features and ensure they are tested and observable in production • Work across the database, API, and user interface layers • Collaborate directly with the CTO • Participate in key strategic decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Multiple years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role • Strong JavaScript / TypeScript skills across Node.js and React • Comfortable owning features across databases, APIs, and user interfaces • Experience with databases, especially PostgreSQL • Comfortable working with AWS and CI/CD pipelines • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Analytical problem-solving mindset • Located in Germany • Experience with Nest.js is a plus • Knowledge of document/PDF processing or AI/LLM-assisted extraction is nice to have
