• Extensive sales experience (including cold calling) is essential • Sales experience in a marketing agency is a plus • You are comfortable leaving your comfort zone and are self-confident • You are motivated by hitting targets, increasing commissions, and driving results • You should be strong in communication, quick-witted, and articulate • You are ambitious, willing to learn, and goal-oriented • You are comfortable working independently and taking responsibility • You work reliably and respond quickly to inquiries • You have excellent written and spoken German
