📋 Description

• Understand market dynamics and formulate strategy • Own market P&L and revenue delivery • Develop and execute annual operating plans and revenue targets • Identify and track potential channel partners • Partner with local channel partners to ensure alignment • Develop marketing direction and education goals • Manage ongoing channel partner relationships • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

🎯 Requirements

• Significant P&L accountability • Experience in channel partner management, preferably in medical technology/healthcare • Strong commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset • Ability to develop and maintain effective channel partner relationships • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders in a diverse organization • Strong work ethic and compliance
