• Successful implementation of standardized Sales Enablement Sessions for Standardized Convergint Enablement Toolset across specified region. • In partnership with Local Leadership, lead Sales Colleagues through the enablement and adoption best practices of Advanced Consultative Sales Program(s), Business Reviews, Cold Prospecting Program, & STEP Tool. • Drive adoption and Call-to-Action activity by collaborating with Local Leadership and/or AEs on strategy, approach, and delivery of Standardized Enablement Toolset including the Business Reviews, Cold Prospect Program, and STEP Tool. • In partnership with Regional/Local Leadership and Local Vertical Market teams, develop and execute Regional Enablement Sessions for both internal Colleague enablement, as well as external Clients/Prospects. • Support the on-boarding of new Colleagues.
• Minimum 3 years leading colleagues focused on sales activities, preferably in the security industry. • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required. • Must reside in (or relocate to) the U.S. North East region.
