• Telephone support and consultation for our trade and craft customers • Marketing and implementation of our Sonepar-specific sales concepts • Targeted promotion of lot/clearance sales and coordination of ordering fairs • Order entry, quote preparation and follow-up • Close collaboration with field sales, technical field service, e-business and key account teams • New customer acquisition and data maintenance in the CRM system
• Technical electrical or commercial training in wholesale and foreign trade • Several years of experience in sales of electrotechnical products • Extensive technical and industry knowledge in electrotechnology as well as practical commercial skills • Enthusiasm and affinity for solution-oriented sales of electrotechnical products and services • Strong customer orientation, assertiveness and decision-making ability • Confident use of MS Office products, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
