📋 Description

• Execute the weekly merchandising calendar, including collection and banner updates across markets • Apply and review meal labels; QA and adjust automated bulk-tagging output • Curate and fix meals in menus according to PMM-defined LTO criteria • Run live menu and menu database audits; correct tags as menus and criteria change • Maintain meal assets, including photos, descriptions, nutrition, and chef bios • Confirm product tags are complete before items go live • Manage price and premium fee adjustments per meal edits • Activate or deactivate meals based on PMM-defined seasonality criteria • Run daily QA on new feature launches and follow up on fixes with product and creative partners • Execute taxonomy changes across the catalog according to PMM-defined structure • Work closely with the PMM Strategic owner, who sets criteria, taxonomy, and LTO strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in merchandising, catalog/content operations, e-commerce operations, or a similar execution-heavy role • High attention to detail and comfort with repeatable, QA-driven workflows • Comfortable working inside tagging/tooling systems and spreadsheets; able to spot and fix data inconsistencies quickly • Strong follow-through to close the loop with product and creative partners on fixes • Clear written communication in English • Ability to leverage generative AI to increase output quality and speed • Preferred: Experience with menu/catalog management tools or CMS platforms • Preferred: Familiarity with e-commerce merchandising concepts, including collections, banners, and taxonomy • Preferred: Prior experience in a subscription or marketplace business
